Psychotherapy is a complex and profoundly rewarding process of working collaboratively to examine one’s life, enhance personal development and discover alternative skills and coping strategies for changing patterns and/or relationship conflicts.
It has been my great privilege to be working as a psychotherapist in private practice for over 35 years. I have extensive experience in a wide variety of clinical settings and offer a unique repertoire of compassionate therapeutic modalities. Through careful consideration of each client’s needs, I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment to facilitate change and growth. My eclectic theoretical approach incorporates a range of techniques to allow for individual client needs to dictate treatment approach.

I am a
CAMFT Certified Supervisor, EMDR certified, Level I & II for trauma and PTSD, and also have advanced training in Sandtray/Play Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Depth Psychology and Co-Parent Counseling.
